Cancellation terms and conditions

Single travelers and families:
The stay can be canceled up to 2 days prior to arrival with a full refund less an administration fee of DKK 175,- per booked room. If canceled later, the guest pays the full amount. Cancellation must be made in writing by email to: kolding@danhostel.dk

Groups:
Cancellations up to 5% of the number of participants stated in the order confirmation can be made free of charge until 7 days before the start of the stay. After that, canceled or no-show participants will be invoiced at full price.
If the entire event is canceled less than 6 weeks before arrival, 65% of the confirmed amount will be charged.

For timely cancellations, an administration fee of DKK 500,- will be deducted.
