The Blue Lagoon Mud wrap
The mud has an extremely beneficial effect on psoriasis, eczema and skin conditions in general.
The treatment starts in our salt-float pool, where you will be collected by your therapist after about 10 minutes. The white silica mud is applied to your back, abdomen, arms, legs and face, after which you will be wrapped up tightly on the couch. The mud gives your skin a vital energy boost and a smooth complexion. You'll receive a relaxing scalp massage and then rest for approx. 20 min. in the wrap. The treatment ends with a shower and a body lotion from Den Blå Lagune.
Dead Sea Mud Wrap
The treatment starts with an application of Dead Sea mud on your back, stomach, arms and legs, after which you will be wrapped tightly on the couch. The high magnesium content provides a stimulating warmth and tingling sensation that spreads throughout the body. A mask of mud and rose water is applied to your face, followed by a relaxing scalp massage. You then rest for approximately 20 min. in the wrap. The treatment ends with a shower.
Dead Sea mud cleanses the skin and provides a light exfoliation and adds minerals to the skin.
It is beneficial to spend about 10 minutes in the salt floatation pool before treatment, as this prepares the skin to receive the treatment.
