Pregnancy massage is beneficial for your pregnancy. It is especially important that you take good care of yourself during this period. When you're pregnant, your posture changes and so does the strain on your muscles, which is why massage can be beneficial for you.

Your therapist will always ask how far along you are in your pregnancy, as we take individual considerations. You will also be asked about any problems. You don't have to have a specific problem, you can also come for a fantastic massage. We find that some people choose not to have a massage during their pregnancy because they don't think they can lie on their stomach due to the size of their belly and for the sake of the baby. This is NOT a problem with us, as we have specially developed pregnancy pillows. Here you can enjoy lying on your stomach as much as you want. We have holes in our pillows for the breasts and for the pregnant belly. The pillow can be adjusted to fit you and your belly exactly.
