NOTE: Aquafitness 60+ requires registration via the overview.
AquaFitness
AquaFitness in SlotssøBadet is an effective and gentle workout performed to good music.
We work on strengthening the back, abdomen, arms, glutes and thighs, as well as heart rate training. We use ankle weights, dumbbells and especially water resistance.
There is no registration for the classes, with the exception of the 60+ classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Remember - once the entrance fee is paid, you are free to join all classes.
Always bring a water bottle.

Hardcore AquaFitness
Hardcore AquaFitness is for everyone who wants sweat, energy and a smile on their face. A Hardcore AquaFitness class consists of heart rate training and fat burning, which will be emphasized to upbeat music. Strength training will also be included in the class.
There is no registration for the classes. Remember - all activities are free once the entrance fee is paid

AquaFitness 60+
Activities for you at 60+
Everyone can participate.
Purchase a special 60+ 12-trip pass for the team alone at the reception.
The pass gives you access to the changing rooms with indoor sauna and the class itself (1 or 2). If you want to use the rest of the swimming pool and our outdoor facilities, a regular 12-trip pass is purchased.
You pay via vouchers per session, so you don't lose money if you are unable to attend.
Remember to register online for the 60+ teams.
