Our social-economic DNA

Slotssøbadet is a social economy company that, in addition to giving all guests wonderful experiences in the waterpark and sauna, also wants to help give citizens with special conditions a new opportunity to start a working life again. We have many different tasks to perform throughout the house and, as a business center, we are available to help citizens.
Through work trials with us, citizens get the chance to develop new skills and hopefully, in the long term, become ready to return to work on equal terms with others. Akturum's sales department organizes various events, trade fairs, etc. We also offer discount agreements to companies.

We collaborate with Kolding, Vejen, Haderslev and Vejle municipalities, among others, on internships, activation, etc.

In 2014, Slotssøbadet was appointed by the Social Capital Fund to participate in a specially designed growth program.

Over the past 5 years, we have hired more than 30 employees through our social economy efforts.
